Campus Unites for SRHR (CUFS)
Overview
Campus Unites for SRHR (CUFS) collaborates with campus-based theatre and media groups in Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic and the Federal College of Education Zaria, to promote contraceptive use and childbirth spacing among adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) ages 15-24 in schools and surrounding communities.
Partners:
Stand with a Girl Initiative (SWAG) is the implementation partner, engaging the Department of Theatre and Performing Arts and the Campus administration, a youth advisory panel, radio stations, and SRH service providers for integrated service provision.
Impact:
Expected reach is 3,000 students on campus, 3,000 community members including adolescent and young women and 4,000 online reach via radio, audio-drama and newsletters.
