Showcasing Results

Showing the impact of your collaboration and sharing learnings about how it works in practice can help others collaborate more successfully. This, as with everything else, is something to develop a plan for together.

Work with partners to agree a dissemination plan of the project results. This outlines how the findings, including learnings, evidence, successes, challenges, and case study stories, will be shared. It should consider:

  • The roles of each partner in disseminating the results, based on areas of expertise and relationships to different audiences.
  • How the results are communicated with and to the target audience. Considering how young people can be part of the process.
  • Utilize various media channels such as publications, open meetings, government forums, social media, and print media to disseminate the findings. This helps in reaching a broader audience and can aid in resource mobilization and promoting future work.
  • Include advocacy efforts to use evidence and success stories from the collaboration to advocate for policy changes at the state and national levels that promote gender equality. Highlight how the project’s outcomes align with these policy goals.
  • How raising awareness about the project’s successes could attract additional support and resources, taking a more targeted approach.
  • Tailored approaches to demonstrate how the project meets key stakeholders’ needs. This helps in building trust and holding partners accountable for their commitments
